SOFLO Heads To Friday Azura Sizzler In Tamarac

June 2, 2016—South Florida Aquatic Club’s youngest swimmers will compete at the 8&Under Sizzler hosted by Azura Florida Aquatics, Tamarac Swimming and City of Tamarac.

The fun meet begins 5:30 p.m. at Caporella Aquatic Center in Tamarac. Warm-ups are 5 p.m.

SOFLO has five swimmers, each entered in four individual events. They are: Clara Marie Bland, 6; Ella Michael, 6; Jason Moya, 7; Joseph-Blake Natino, 7; and Luis Andres Roman, 8.

Entry limit is four individual events and one relay. Ribbons are awarded to first through eighth places for the individual events.

The events are short races (25 yards) in all four strokes in addition to an 8-and-under 100 freestyle relay in age group divisions of 6-and-under and 7-8.
