SOFLO Swimmers Ready To Go The Distance Friday In Boca Raton

BOCA RATON, January 31, 2019—South Florida Aquatic Club will compete in the Boca Raton Swim Team Mile by Moonlight.

The 1,650-yard freestyle will be held Friday night at 5 p.m.

The Distance Invite begins 9 a.m. on Saturday morning and features the 400-yard individual medley, 50-yard backstroke, 200-yard backstroke, 50-yard breaststroke, 200-yard breaststroke, 50-yard butterfly and 200-yard butterfly.

SOFLO has 11 swimmers competing in the 1,650-yard freestyle solely on opening night. They are Dominic Bono, 15, Mariann Catalasan, 12, Alexis Christensen, 13, Elena Dinehart, 14, Olivia Dinehart, 14, Anastasia Lutz, 12, Mariana Pinto, 11, Hartley Pitters-Hinds, 13, Christian Tijero, 13, Sarah Vasquez, 11, Isabelle Wilson 12.

The field features host Boca Raton, East Coast Aquatic Club, PAQ, Pompano Beach Piranhas and St. Andrew’s.
