MIAMI, May 13, 2024—-South Florida Aquatic Club swimmers ended on a good note Sunday with solid racing, dropped times and wins at the FIU Spring Long Course Meters Invite at FIU Aquatic Center.
SOFLO girls added three more top three place sweeps in the 10-and-under 50-meter backstroke, 11-12 100-meter freestyle and 15-16 200-meter breaststroke.
Among girls’ winners were:
Eva Ortiz, 11-12 200-meter individual medley, 2:48.91, time drop 24.13.
Amelie Bicerne, 15-16, 200 IM, 2:45.59, time drop 4.89.
Ellie Phan, 10-and-under 50-meter backstroke, 43.26; 50-meter butterfly, 39.07.
